一、Teaching contents:
1. vocabulary and new sentences. 2. Talk about sick. 二、Teaching key points:
Understand and use the phrases and the sentences correctly. 三、Teaching difficult points:
1.the sounds of „stomachache, toothache, medicine and dentist. 2.Use the new knowledge to care others. 四、Teaching procedures: Step1: Warming up T: How are you today? Ss: I am fine ,thank you.
T: Today I am going to play basketball with Linda and Sam today. But they are not at school today. Why? Step2: Presentation
1)T: Why Linda and Sam are not at school today? Let‟s send them a Wechat.
2)Show the Wechat to the students and learn the new phrases and
sentences.
3)T: Linda and Sam are feeling sick today. Can you help them? Can you tell them what should they do? Please stay in bed. Please take some medicine. Please see the dentist.
Step3: Sing a song “What‟s the matter, Gogo?” Step4: Presentation and Practice2 1.Lead in.
T: We should show our care to our friends and also our families. Let‟s see how mom helps Gogo, tony and Jenny at home. 2.Learn the Target.
3.Do some exercise about the target. Step5: Extension
.Lead in : T: When we are feeling sick at home, Mom and Dad would help us. When we are feeling sick at school, who will help us? The doctor. Now please act as the doctor and students. Step6: Summary
Reading what we learned. Step7: Homework
1.Copy the new words and phrases for three times.
2.Do you know any other illness of human? Discuss in your groups.

Be able to read the story and act it out. 三、Teaching difficult points: To write a story. 四、Teaching procedures: Step1: Warming up 1.Free talk. 2.Sing a song.
T: Gogo is feeling sick. What‟s the matter with him? Let‟s sing a song. Step2: Presentation
1)T: We are going to the village with Gogo, Tony and Jenny. Ok? Ss: OK. Let‟s go!
2)Show the question first, and watch the story. a. What‟s wrong with Gogo? b. What should Gogo do ? 3)Answer the questions.
4)Learn the new words, digging a well, don‟t worry, it‟s easy. Step3: Practice
1)Play the tape and follow. 2)Read it in groups 3)Act it out.
4) Write some suggestions to Gogo.
5)T: Gogo, Tony and Jenny are good children. They helped others. We should help each other. Step5: Extension

1).Play a game : Guess the sickness and give the suggestions. 2).Lead to task 3.
